Besides a functional and rational parking planning, the project improves the public area from the exterior arrangement point of view. An important target, especially in via Maffei, where the site is a closed off city block. Green spaces are planned, but also an infant school, in order to generate dayly uses for this area, that otherwise would be excluded.
